XM1200T wheeled three-arm arch frame car
The XM1200T wheeled multi-functional work platform is designed for the mechanized installation of arch frames in single and double-track railway and highway tunnel excavation. It meets the requirements for lifting and positioning steel arch frames (I-beams and flower arch frames), installing mesh panels, welding tie rods, driving anchor bolts, and setting up support pipes during bench and full-section construction methods. The equipment's travel system is based on a truck chassis, which allows it to adapt to various geological conditions within tunnels and move quickly between sites. It can perform single or multiple frame erection operations with precise positioning, flexible operation, and high efficiency. The core design features include three arms and three platforms, three arms and three grabs, dual diesel-electric power, gravity self-adaptation, and full-size fixtures. These components enable the three arms to simultaneously or independently grasp and connect arch frames, allowing for the one-time installation of the upper arch, upper guide arch, and side lower guide arch. The main arm can perform tie rod and mesh panel welding between arch frames, high-altitude hazard mitigation, anchor bolt installation, and other high-altitude tasks such as finding the top, measurement, and loading explosives.
