Since 2004, our company has introduced the equipment and technology of geological advance prediction, advance treatment and advance support into China's high-speed railway tunnel application, which has been widely used in nearly 200 key underground engineering projects.

XR200G plateau type ultra-long distance core drilling rig is a multi-functional drilling rig developed by our company for the needs of complex tunnel construction in China. The technical level is in the leading position in China.

The equipment is equipped with hydraulic rotary impact power head, rock fall and rock explosion prevention cab, MWD data acquisition system, high-power diesel dual power system, whole machine PLC program integrated control, cab operation or remote control operating system, high-pressure water pump, cable drum, etc. The maximum drilling depth is 200 meters.

The main uses are: rapid long-distance geological exploration, rotary impact steel wire rope casing core geological survey, various pipe canopy support technology, tunnel collapse to open the life channel rescue and so on.

This series of products has successfully completed a range of construction tasks in complex tunnels on long mountain ranges, including high-pressure water layers, weak and fractured zones, weathering troughs in submarine tunnels, large-span shallow-buried sections in urban tunnels, long-distance advanced drilling under karst geological conditions at high altitudes, casing core sampling for geological surveys, integrated drilling and grouting curtain grouting, small casing sleeve valve pipe grouting, large casing pipe canopy support, and large casing emergency rescue operations. These achievements provide robust safety guarantees for underground engineering projects in complex strata.

This product series has been successfully used in China's national tunnel rescue team for many times, saving hundreds of trapped people. At the same time, it has entered the national safety production emergency rescue center's list of rescue technology equipment.
