Recently, we organized the "2023 Multi functional Rapid Drilling Machine Training and Exchange Conference" for our company's XR series multifunctional rapid drilling machines and the RPD series multifunctional rapid drilling machines produced by Japan Mining Research Institute. The training conference was taught by professional engineers from the company, including theoretical knowledge, equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, case studies, and equipment operation.

Our company has developed and manufactured the XR series multifunctional fast drilling rig and the RPD series multifunctional fast drilling rig produced by Japan Mining Research Institute. They are mainly used for rapid long-distance geological exploration, rotary impact steel wire rope casing core geological survey, various pipe shed support processes, integrated drilling and injection grouting reinforcement, and emergency rescue of tunnel collapse and life passage. They have made outstanding contributions to the safety, efficiency, and environmental protection of underground engineering in China, especially high-speed railway tunnels.

01. Theoretical training

Our company arranged for multiple professional engineers to provide theoretical training to the responsible personnel and operators of drilling equipment in various companies. They explained in detail the main functions, precautions, equipment maintenance, construction techniques, fault diagnosis and analysis, electrical and hydraulic knowledge of drilling equipment, etc. Everyone listened carefully and actively asked questions, which achieved practical results in the training.

02. Practical training

During the practical training phase, several service engineers from our company provided detailed practical explanations on the advanced prediction, casing operation, and core extraction of the drilling rig. They also provided detailed answers and exchanges on the troubleshooting difficulties encountered during the operation of the multifunctional drilling rig.
